| Stage 1 A client identifies an issue related to employee rights/ employment law, they may be uncertain of the solution, so they approach Magenta Employment law with an outline of the issues as they see them. |
| Stage 2 Magenta selects an expert from our team of consultants who has first hand experience of the particular issues, they may have also experience within the clients type of organisation. |
| Stage 3 The Consultant contacts the client outlining their expertise including their own personal testimonials and references. The consultant may also give initial suggestions of possible solutions with outline costs if appropriate. |
| Stage 4 The client and consultant meet to establish the relationship. The Consultant undertakes analysis / review of the problems and issues and puts forward a detailed fully costed proposal. |
| Stage 5 The client reviews the proposal and agrees timescales and fees with the consultant - Clients have one point of contact - no salespeople are involved. |
| Stage 6 The Consultant delivers the solution that they are personally commited to. |
| Stage 7 Client and consultant review the result of the invertention and agree further work if rquired. |
